1. 適用膚質：中性、油性、乾性、混和性、敏感性。
2. 產品皆經澳洲品質檢測合格，部分產品通過歐盟認證，效期以PAO標示。
3. MooGoo產品為天然植物性成分，但顧及每個人體質不同，建議初次使用請在使用前先於手腕內部之肌膚做試用，若出現異常紅腫過敏，請立即停止使用，並盡快就醫。
4. 保養品非醫療手術無法達到立即見效，建議長期使用能改善肌膚狀況。
5. 保養品的選擇因個人膚質膚況而不同，包括不同的季節、年齡及肌膚狀況，也可先諮詢皮膚科醫師。
6. 天然保養品的保存期限通常比較短（一至兩年左右，視成分中的活性而定），開封後建議請於3-6個月內使用完畢並置於陰涼處，以確保產品品質。
